-  KTY silicon sensor has positive temperature co-efficient and virtual linear output, so interpretation will be effortless task. Two types of resistance,1k & 2kΩ respectively, is available for SOT23 package, and resistance tolerance includes ±1%, ±3%, and ±5%. PVC cable has great insulation, rigidity and flexibility. The sensor can be hereby used in Electronic circuit protection, Power supplies protection and Automotive industry. Terminal & connector is optional, according to different PCB and customer’s usage.
